- Who can sign for the company
For the NDA
A signatory for the mutual NDA. We send it on the day of the first call.
For the rights review
- Your standard customer agreement or terms of service
- Any data processing agreements you have signed with customers
- Your privacy notice
- Any customer contracts with confidentiality or data-use clauses that differ from your standard terms
- Whether any of the data is health, financial, government or export-controlled

For the seller agreement
The seller agreement covers:
- your confirmation that you hold the rights to license the data
- the commission schedule
- your approval of each buyer
- what happens if you withdraw a dataset or need data deleted
For each sale
Your approval of the buyer in the portal. Nothing is licensed without it.
For setup and payouts
- Someone who can install the SDK on a machine that can reach the source system, and a read-only token for that system
- A bank account connected through Stripe Connect in the portal
